The term DI (donor insemination) refers to the use of semen donated by voluntary donors for Intrauterine Insemination (IUI). Health Canada regulates the screening process to ensure that a high standard is maintained.
Atlantic Fertility does not sell donor sperm and we do not accept donations from anonymous donors.
However, we work closely with Canadian distributors who can ship donor sperm to Atlantic Fertility for use in treatment from certain sperm banks.
The following Distributors import sperm from Primary Establishments (Sperm Banks) under Health Canada’s Safety of Sperm & Ova Regulations (SSOR) that can ship donor sperm to Atlantic Fertility for use in treatment.
